Fairly clean wonderful hotel, very well decorated and a nice size rooms. Lots of options, good food. The rooms with an apartment sized refrigerator, the pullout beds, a kitchen. Professional, extremely helpful people working here. Comfortable and decent location, to catch the trolley anywhere.

The location was quiet, only 5 minutes walk to a historic park. Liked a kitchenette area, a living room, and coffee in the room.

Fairly clean hotel, truly enjoyed to be close enough to Frenchman Street for blues/jazz clubs and the conference center and great restaurants thanks to comfy and decent location. Very well decorated and a nice size room with a huge master bedroom, I had a pleasant stay. The breakfast was exceptionally good, lots of food.

Sadly, there was no food.

We all had a fantastic stay in this beautiful hotel. The location was fantastic, not too far away from an educational museum. A market and fantastic stores were right next door.

Excellent service, the breakfast is particularly good. The rooms are brand-new and nicely furnished, and are complete with the bedroom as well as a kitchen.

The breakfast offered variety of food and was exceptionally good. Greatly enjoyed our nicely furnished and great-sized room equipped with sofa sleeper, tea, a kitchen.

Unfortunately, there was no service.

It was in the central location within walking distance of practically everything.

Fairly clean, museum hotel. Excellent central location and extremely friendly staff. Brand-new, spotless room with Jacuzzi, a refrigerator plus a stove! Quick check-in, late check-out. Nice pool area too.

Located just a short walk from all the action in the heart of the city, this hotel is perfectly situated. Only a few blocks from Bourbon and Royal streets, and on the border of the French Quarter, you'll be right in the jaws of that evil beast known as New Orleans nightlife. Despite being so close to the action, the rooms are surprisingly quiet, allowing for a restful night's sleep. The spacious and clean accommodations, complete with a comfortable bed and well-appointed bathroom, ensure a pleasant stay. The friendly and helpful staff add to the positive experience.

Keep in mind that during peak times, it can take up to 45 minutes to get a taxi to and from the hotel.

The staff was welcoming and friendly when I arrived, slightly dazed from travel. I quickly checked in and found the room(s) to be lovely and the space impressively large and sound-insulated from other guests-- particularly important for New Orleans as people can get a bit rowdy after a night out! The kitchen was well-stocked and sparkling clean (as was everything else) and the view was lovely. As to location, it is well located for conferences or sight-seeing in the French Quarter, on bus routes to the Garden District, and a block or so from the trolley. While I was in town for a conference, I will definitely return when I am back for a vacation.

I am grasping for something I didn't like -- perhaps that there was only decaf coffee in the room when I arrived? (As I said, grasping!)

Impressive huge room with a view. Unbeatable location for our visit to a historic park around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel. Excellent service and reasonable value.

The room was spotless, hopefully. Great location to Canal Street was a plus. Downtown New Orleans district was worth visiting.

Booked it for our weekend and had a very pleasant stay here.

Some of the staff were very rude.

The location of the hotel was perfect, with everything within walking distance. We could easily explore the French Quarter and attend conferences at the nearby convention center. The room was spacious and clean, making for a comfortable stay. The friendly staff ensured that all our needs were taken care of. Additionally, the valet parking was convenient, protecting us from the rain.

The pushy sales staff trying to sell timeshares was a major downside to an otherwise enjoyable experience.

The hosts, location and room were outstanding. You can't do better for New Orleans.
